The Bridge structure is flat and flexible. Everyone is equally responsible. There’s no frustrating up and down chain of communication. We favour transparent #channel conversations and individual responsibility, not waiting to be told what’s required.

We use a variety of tried and trusted tools and processes based on sprint methodology, design thinking and gems of exercises we’ve picked up along the way that we know work. And of course, working in the tech sector, we’re ninja-grade users of digital tools and collaboration platforms, to make efficient use of everyone’s time. 

Having racked up 1000s of engagements of every flavour covering brand, creative, design, and technology – you can rely on Bridge for an opinion. Useful when testing assumptions and challenging the status quo.

OKRs or some kind of strong measurement framework should underpin everything. Structuring OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is something we can also help with to align your team and bring united focus.

We primarily serve early stage technology businesses. However, we do work with a number of marketing teams to enhance and strengthen their capability; coaching new skills or providing strategic direction in key areas.  Talk to us about enhancing or adding capability to your team.

It varies. A discussion about what you want to achieve is probably best. We work with clients on highly focussed initiatives, and we also work with organisations through key phases of growth, from early-stage to scale.

The majority of organisations we work with engage Bridge for 6 months or more. This enables both organisations to work through at least 2 quarterly periods of outcome focussed work. However, depending on the project or requirements, we will tailor our engagement timeline to suit.

We have an hourly, daily, weekly rate for every member of our specialist team. From your Junior Analyst to Senior Consultant; our fees are competitive, clear and transparent. Contact us for more information.

A project lead will be assigned to your account. They will be responsible for delivery and will generally be a Consultant or Senior Associate with a minimum of 10 years experience.
