Maison Sport

Founded in 2016, Maison Sport is an innovative snow-sports lessons booking platform. The platform connects skiers with local independent ski instructors in over 350 ski resorts across Europe. By connecting customers directly with instructors, users can choose an instructor based on customers reviews and in line with their specific needs.

Having primarily relied on the paid engine of growth, the team were keen to maximise the organic opportunity. Maison Sport engaged Bridge to plan an organic strategy & implementation plan for the business. This included audit, analysis and technical advisory support. During the following season, the business saw traffic from organic search increase 2.5x and conversion from organic search increase 1.5x.
